Over 25 Years as a New Mexico Oil and Gas Lawyer In 1978, I began working on behalf of businesses and individuals involved in New Mexico’s oil and gas industry, assisting them with needed administrative permissions, unit agreements, operating agreements, balancing agreements, and oil and gas litigation. A lawyer with extensive contacts at New Mexico’s Oil Conservation Division (OCD), I know who to call when my clients’ projects require administrative permits and compliance.
